OpenSaaS provides AI-powered image object removal. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content submitted to, generated by, or distributed through the Service, including:

  • Uploaded images: photos you submit for editing
  • Edit masks: the object selections you mark for removal
  • AI outputs: the edited images produced by the Service
  • Account activity: usage patterns and interactions with the Service

You may use OpenSaaS for:

  • Removing unwanted objects from your own photos
  • Processing images for e-commerce product photography
  • Enhancing real estate photography
  • Editing personal photographs
  • Commercial image processing with proper rights to the content

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

OpenSaaS expressly prohibits using the Service to create or process the following six categories of content:

  • Pornographic / NSFW content
  • Violent / gory content
  • Hate speech
  • Child safety content (CSAM)
  • Deepfakes / impersonation of real people
  • Copyright / trademark infringement

2.1 Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance

The following result in immediate enforcement action, and we reserve the right to report them to the competent authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors — see Section 3
  • Content promoting or facilitating terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
  • Technical guidance for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred
  • Non-consensual deepfake sexual content depicting real individuals

2.2 Strictly limited — context required

  • Violent content: only with a clear creative, documentary, or educational context
  • Medical, legal, or financial imagery: must comply with the regulations of the relevant jurisdiction and must not be presented as professional advice

2.3 General prohibitions

  • Removing objects from images you do not own or have the rights to modify
  • Creating deceptive or fraudulent content, including fake evidence, forged documents, or misleading imagery
  • Removing copyright watermarks or embedded signatures
  • Violating privacy — processing images of individuals without their consent
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Presenting AI-edited content as human-created work in a way that deceives users
  • Bulk-generating spam or fraudulent content
  • Attempting to bypass the Service's safety mechanisms
  • Automated scraping or bot access without authorization

3. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Zero Tolerance

OpenSaaS has a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation. The following are strictly and unconditionally prohibited:

  • Uploading, processing, or submitting photographs of minors (any person under 18 years of age) through our service
  • Creating, generating, altering, or manipulating any image that sexualizes children or depicts minors in any unsafe, sexualized, or exploitative manner
  • Any attempt to use our AI tools to remove, alter, or obscure elements of images that depict minors in a sexual or exploitative context

Any account found to be uploading or generating such content will be immediately and permanently terminated, all credits will be forfeited without refund, and the material and account information will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and child-safety organizations (such as NCMEC and INHOPE Hotline members), as required by applicable law. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

4. Content Moderation

OpenSaaS operates a multi-layer moderation system combining automated screening, manual review, and periodic audits:

  • Input screening (Waffo Prompt Sift): user prompts are screened by Waffo Prompt Sift before processing to detect prohibited content (including CSAM and child-safety screening). Uploaded images and edit masks are additionally screened by automated classifiers
  • Output screening: generated results are screened before being delivered to the user
  • Usage-pattern analysis: abnormal usage behavior (e.g., bulk automated access, repeated policy-violation attempts) is monitored and flagged
  • Manual review: flagged content and user reports are reviewed by trained moderators
  • Periodic audits: moderation accuracy is reviewed regularly and screening rules are updated on an ongoing basis

Moderation logs (automated decisions and manual review outcomes) are retained for 12 months and may be provided to authorities where required by law.

  • Child safety, terrorism, or other critical violations (L1)
  • AI-edited content impersonating you or infringing your rights

6.2 Reporting principles:

  • Confidentiality: reporter identities are kept strictly confidential
  • Neutrality: all reports are reviewed independently and objectively
  • Anti-abuse: malicious or bad-faith reports are recorded and addressed

7. Reporting Channels and Handling Timeline

Report violations to abuse@objectremover.tech (or support@objectremover.tech), including the relevant image identifiers, account details, and a description of the issue. Both channels are actively monitored.

Our handling commitments:

  • L1 (critical): Escalated immediately upon detection; content is blocked and suspected illegal material is reported to law enforcement without waiting for the standard timeline
  • All reports: Acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt
  • Initial review: Reports are reviewed and triaged (L1-L4) within 48 hours
  • Action: Confirmed violations are actioned within 72 hours of confirmation (removal, suspension, or ban as per Section 8)
  • Outcome notice: Where permitted by law and privacy constraints, we inform the reporter of the outcome once action has been taken
  • Delays: If more time is needed, we will proactively notify the reporter and explain why

Process: report received (automatic confirmation) → severity triage (L1-L4) → review (automated + manual) → decision → enforcement → outcome notification.
